When contacting Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith, you are providing me with your name, address, telephone number, and email address. I will add your email address to my mailing list for the purposes of sending out information relating to discounts, offers, events, promotions, and general marketing information. Your details are never shared with any third-party companies, or organisations for marketing purposes. By contacting me you are agreeing to me contacting you regarding any part of our agreement.

Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith is a trading name of Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith and is represented on the website www.energyaura.co.uk where direct contact information is available. Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith has been trading in the UK since 2015. The website provides information on the services Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith offers.
- Discount Vouchers -
Occasionally Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith may issue voucher offering discount on certain services. Discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and are limited to one per person. Terms and conditions relating to the voucher validity are stated on the voucher. The voucher is not for resale and not refundable. Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith reserves the right to discontinue or modify a vouchers terms and conditions at any time.
- Payments -
Payments are accepted using major credit and debit cards via PayPal secure checkout and PayPal will automatically send you confirmation for all payments sent. You can also make payment via a direct bank transfer using internet banking. Please email to request bank account details. At no time will any of your payment information be stored, all purchases are completed by using PayPal Secure Checkout and are never provided directly to me.
- Refunds and Cancellations -
If seven days prior notice is given deposits will be issued and can either be transferred to another training event or a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is within seven days of the start date, then either a voucher will be issued to you to use at a future training event or your deposit can be applied to an alternative event date. In the unlikely event Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith must postpone or cancel a training event the liability of Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith will extend only to offering an alternative training event date or of the refunding of monies paid for the event.
- Copyright and Protection of Intellectual Property -
Publishing, reproducing, copying or re-representation of any video, recordings, product, material, content, or notes is strictly prohibited. No permissions are given to use any of the content supplied by Lorraine Addenbrooke-Smith or Subtle Energy Awareness Programme originator and author: Sue Zange and Inspirit.
